Meet and greets for new clients are $20. Hannah’s Pet Sitting provides meet and greets 5 days a week on weekdays, they typically last 20 minutes. During the meet and greet, I will make a connection with each of your animals and work out a custom plan for each of your pet’s needs. I will make sure it will be a good fit, then acquire a key or code for any upcoming visits. Please provide a key ring for your key to be properly tagged and stored, no landyards please.

Dog Walking: Minimum notice to cancel or reschedule dog walking appointments is 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours is given, payment is still to be made in full. If owner pre-pays for walks monthly, days will be credited to your account and carried over to the following month.

Pet Sitting: In order to hold your spot, a deposit of 50% your total bill will be due at time of booking, payments must be made in full 10 days in advance. Once services are booked, the minimum notice to cancel pet sitting is 10 days in advance. If there is a cancelation within 3 days of start date, you will still be charged for the entire booking. If you cancel 4-9 days prior to start date, you will be charged 50% of booking. If you return early, there is no refund for scheduled services.
